“Sir, over here, boat and van complete package Boracay to Kalibo airport! 200 pesos!” We had just arrived at the Boracay port after a fun two weeks that was essentially a great beach vacation with the kids to kick off our family travel adventure. But it was time to move on to Cebu ahead of Typhoon Ruby.

Due to some passing typhoons in the middle of our visit we were looking things to do on Boracay in the rain. The Boracay Oceanarium was the perfect way to spend a few hours away from the beach.
We truly enjoyed our time at Orchids. We were looking for a budget friendly place to stay near White Beach with some local character. Orchids nailed that description. Friendly and helpful staff, super location, and amazing value made us very happy we chose to stay at Orchids during our time on Boracay.
